The quick answer to that question appears to be Becki Murphy. In Sarah Eastam v. Hunter Eastman out of Cherokee County in FD-2011-1223 the Judge recused so that they could be a witness against Ms. Murphy (married to Attorney David Francy). How is it that Attorneys who pretend to be so high and mighty are really the ones who behave the most unethically. In a written Order dated February 27, 2017, the Court recuses after oral argument for the purposes of being a witness against Attorney Becki Murphy (hereinafter Beck
According to her and her husband’s website, Becki lives in Jenks with her husband and two children. Becki is an active member of Southern Hills Baptist Church, serves on the board of directors for James Mission and previously served on the board of directors for CASA, and the University of Tulsa Law School. https://www.murphyfrancy.com/becki-murphy. Recently the Tulsa World chronicled the Southern Baptist Church’s sex scandal.
On June 30th, 2022 the Tulsa World’s article ran, titled, “’Heartbroken and sickened’: Oklahoma church leaders react to Southern Baptist sex-abuse allegations.” In its article the Tulsa World noted,

The denomination’s sex-abuse scandal erupted in 2019 after an extensive report from the Houston Chronicle
and San Antonio Express-News documented hundreds of cases in Southern Baptist congregations nationwide, including several where the alleged perpetrators remained in ministry.
Murphy only does Family Law. In the previously mentioned order the Judge, Sandy Crosson of Cherokee County found in February on the 23rd day of 2017 that Sarah argued in Court without a motion that Becki Murphy should be removed from that case for cause. That Murphy lied to the Court on more than one occasion. That Murphy tried to circumvent an Order of the Court through deceptive means.
Becki only does Adoptions and Guardianships according to her website. She offers ‘Adoption Finance Coaching,’ not something most lawyers would ever learn in law school.
Murphy prides herself on being an advocate for women’s rights. She is quoted in a Tulsa World article during the teacher walk out of 2018:

Dear Oklahoma Legislator:
I, along with 100 female attorneys, will be coming to see you Monday. I am asking to meet with you and discuss a resolution to this educational funding nightmare. I feel like we can help you, collectively, come up with a resolution. But let’s be clear. There WILL be change.
And it WILL be for the better for our children. As Nelson Mandela once said “there can be no keener revelation of a society’s soul that the way in which it treats its children.” Let me be clear about one thing, we need change. And you will do it, or you have my word…. one of the 100 women by my side will file for your seat…. and we will do it for you. I prefer to work with you. It’s your choice if you will work with me.
Sincerely –
P.S. I’ll see you Monday. We will be the women in black. You will see us coming.
So is Becki a trustworthy advocate? Attached find an affidavit from a woman who approached Becki to be her attorney. After that meeting the woman was so disgusted she wrote a notarized affidavit to memorialize her experience. She relates she was told to lie by Attorney Becki Murphy so as to get favor from State. The client was to allege two people child abusers.

In that case the Woolley’s, a set of grandparents, were twice filed upon by District Attorney (DA) Jack Thorp after a grandchild in their care tragically died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome in 2018. Since that time and against the advice of expert testimony DA Jack Thorp unrighteously prosecuted the grandparents, twice dismissing the case. Currently Da Jack Thorp’s office is fighting the Guardianship still to this day. There is a second child DA Jack Thorp will not allow to go back to its mother, let alone be around the grandparents.
If Becki Murphy is willing to lie to a Court and ask clients to lie for favorable treatment with the Court who knows whatever else she is capable of.

KRMG relates, Bill and Lisa Woolley’s grandson was taken out of their home and placed in foster care four years ago following the death of their other grandson in their home. They are working with their daughter for her to regain guardianship of her son from foster care. Wagoner refuses to take any responsibility. For a short period of time Heather Collins (Collins) child lived with Becki Murphy and her husband in their home. Collins is previously linked to an article on this website in which a multi part series chronicled allegations against Tulsa family law Attorney N. Scott Johnson for Trafficking Children.

I am not one for red flags and would hate to think that the membership into Southern Baptist is one of them. That said lying to judges, asking clients to lie and solely practicing in the arena of adoption and guardianships while ‘coaching’ people through the financing sounds like a seat at a table I would never want to sit at.
Someone recently challenged the authenticity of the Collins article on a colleague’s website but has not had the guts to do it here. If there is a transcript that says differently speak up but from the records, which is a thorough reading of OSCN, I’ve seen Collins does not deserve to have her child stolen by Becki or anyone else.
