PhD. Bart Trentham (Trentham or Doctor) offices at 4870 S Lewis Ave #205 in Tulsa Oklahoma. Bart Trentham Pllc and Trentham Enterprises LLC were both inactive at the time of writing this article; it is not certain at this time if the Doctor operates under a limited liability license or if he is personally exposed. On August 31st, 2022 Dr. Trentham through his attorney David Cole sued Sydney Turner (Turner) and Kasey Hunt (Hunt), neither were former patients. Trentham sued under the Bart Trentham Pllc in CJ-2022-2699, a license that has not been brought up to date since 2018 as well as on behalf of himself, Dr. Trentham, personally.
Dr. Trentham alleges that both women have defamed him on social media, Facebook, costing him money and interfering with his contracts. Hunt is alleged to repeat things relevant to the case learned from OSCN.Net. She allegedly wrote a post to advocate for a woman by the name of Heather Collins who has been on supervised visits for (5) five years ever after her child alleged her father molests her. This broadcast noted that Noel Scott Johnson represented the father and that the case was out of Rogers County.
Trentham alleges that Hunt repeated Heather Collins’s allegations made on OSCN.NET, a claim Collins has made to law enforcement, the Oklahoma Attorney Generals office, and many others, to no avail. Collins claims her child has disclosed abuse. Collins noted that Joy Thorp at the Attorney General’s Office met with her in person even after knowing of the conflict with Scott Johnson (Collins’s former husband’s attorney). Collins said that Thorp referred to Johson as the ‘Thorp family attorney’ and then refused to help her after Collins had bared her soul.
Ms. Turner is an alleged victim of Scott Taylor. This broadcast has not given any airtime to him, yet, but it should be noted that he last week through his attorney Keith Flynn sued Ms. Turner, Kylie Wright and his adopted daughter in law alleged victim Madelyn Taylor in Tulsa County CJ-2022-2693. This lawsuit was filed on August 30th, 2022 a day before Trentham’s. Mr. Taylor sued for Negligence Per Se for public disclosure of private facts, not defamation (untruthfulness). Both lawsuits list Ms. Sydney Turner.
Scott Johnson was Casey Taylor’s attorney in the family law at the time of the divorce with Scott Taylor. According to Taylors’ family law filings the couple mediated in May 2022, only for Scott Taylor to be publicly blasted as a woman abuser by August. Although this pattern sounds familiar it is ironic that Scott Johnson is no longer involved. One attorney explained it this way, Johnson does not represent the innocent (Casey Taylor).
This author saw a case against Dr. Trentham out of Pottawatomie county CJ-2020-00469 that was removed to Federal Court in 2021 and is still being litigated. In that case the child died. Likewise Heather Collins notes that Bart Trentham knows of her, and her child’s, accusations against the father and has failed to assist her. In Dr. Trentham’s affidavit, attached, he notes his work for the Tulsa Boys Home. Recently a man was arrested from there with over (7,000) seven thousand pieces of child pornography which the news quickly noted was not related to boys from the home, bond was only ($10,000) ten thousand dollars, then ($150,000) one hundred and fifty thousand dollars, now ($250,000) two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. No motion to strength bond was ever filed.
Casey Taylor’s daughter, Maddie Taylor, alleges that her adopted father, Scott Taylor, molested her. Again, Trentham this last week sued Sydney Turner who alleges herself a victim of Scott Taylor and recently went on KTUL to describe her ‘negative interactions’ with Taylor. Dr. Trentham’s ex-wife signed an affidavit claiming Trentham kept her child from her during their divorce and alienated her.
