TULSA ATTORNEY’S INVOLVEMENT IN TRAFFICKING OF CHILDREN FOR SEXUAL EXPLOITATION? (PART 3)

N. Scott Johnson is alleged to represent N. Jack Thorp (Thorp) in Thorp’s family law to his previous wife, Kathy. It is uncertain whether this is true as the whole case for some inexplicable reason appears sealed or absent from the public record. But this has been said by several attorneys although no record appears online. Look no further than both men share the first name Noelle to know that something is well, off. This article is about Noelle Scott Johnson and Noel Jack Thorp.

Thorp currently lives in Rogers County. Thorp is the District Attorney for Wagner, Cherokee, Adair and Sequoyah counties and married to Joy Thorp, formerly married Mohorovicic and maiden Pittman. A google search reveals the Law Offices of Joy Pittman Mohorovicic to be listed as ‘temporarily closed’ online and located in the law offices of Latham, Steele, Lehman at 1515 E 71st St, Tulsa OK 74136.

There is no marriage license on file for the Thorps in Oklahoma nor proof of a divorce from his prior wife, Kathy. These things might have occurred outside of Oklahoma but at the time of writing this article this author could not find the documents on the Oklahoma public server.

Kathy sought a protective order (attached below) against the now District Attorney Thorp. Apparently Thorp used to break in and pass out drunk and stalk Kathy. Kathy describes a burglary as well as other erratic behavior by Thorp.

Joy Thorp since March 2022 is the First Assistant to Matt Ballard in Rogers, Craig and Mayes Counties, Oklahoma, but prior to March worked at the Attorney General’s Office. As previously noted in Part 2 of this series mother Heather Collins reports that she went to the Attorney General’s Office at the recommendation of her attorney.

Heather reports that her attorney made an appointment with her to meet with Joy Thorp. Thorp knew well that Heather’s case opposed Johnson and took the meeting anyways. Heather says at the end of the meeting Joy Thorp explained that Johnson was the Thorp ‘family attorney’ and that she, Joy Thorp, nor the Attorney General’s Office was willing to help Heather.

Heather has currently been on supervised visitation with her child for the last five years, ever since she (and her child) alleged that their father is abusive. That said, absent from the public record on OSCN.NET there apparently is a reason why the father has sole custody? After reviewing the online documents this anonymous author did not see any cause. Every time Heather gets to see her kids she has to pay SafeNet, which the Pay to Play Article from the Frontier noted at the time DA Ballard’s wife was chairman of the board of directors to at the time of that article, as well as several of the sub charitable boards.

This poses an obvious conflict: how can Ballard’s charity gain money while not prosecuting alleged abuse.

Prior to his appointment to DA, the Thorp’s first met as Assistant District Attorneys together under Brian Kuester. It is believed both were married at the time they began their affairs. Jack was going through contentious family law. Documents released to this author also indicate the Thorp’s guilty of kidnapping and child stealing although never prosecuted. Attached.

The Thorps have a long history of contentious family law, of using N. Scott Johnson for these battles, and for ‘playing’ law enforcement. Recently a Rogers County Detention Officer was arrested for ‘imitating’ a police vehicle as he was allegedly caught turning on fake emergency lights in his personal vehicle to go through lights.

The news blasted this false impersonation but somehow the Thorps coming to your house and demanding your child contrary to Court orders never makes the news? Allegedly the Thorps did all this because the mother of juvenile’s family works for the Wagoner Court Clerks Office. The Thorps do not represent the people as they themselves are not capable of mature, ethical, decisions.

Does Oklahoma use minorities as false flags, scape goats.

Oklahoma seems to only prosecute minorities, never white men like Thorp. Thorp is prosecuting Attorney Jeff Krigel, a jewish man. Currently TPD is trying to ‘cull’ their own heard as noted in the DeAngelo Reyes matter or Marcus Hall Harper matter, a TPD Detective charged as an accessory in a seemingly false flag case similar to Reyes. Isn’t it ironic like in the Arecena matter that all men appear to have hispanic or African American decent.

In recent articles it was alleged that TPD detective Darin Ehrenrich is abusing the Special Investigations Decisions to persecute special hobby Defendants such as attorney Krigel (Jewish), Attorney Adibi (Arab Christian) or local loud mouth wannabe statesman Paul Tay (Asian). Currently Ehrenrich went on television and said things about the Tay matter which were not true (kidnapping has been dismissed and penetration of a penis by a vagina, ie rape, is absent from testimony).

In the Attorney Arya Adibi matter Adibi is offered over two decades in jail for allegedly raping his wife in their marital bed. The couple has been married nearly (15) fifteen years, thirteen at the time of the incident. The year before they divorced and remarried. In that matter the next morning the Defendant took the children to school and thats when the alleged victim / wife called the Defendant’s father, not police, and only ‘reported’ once Defendant’s father took her to the hospital.

Although Ehrenrich did not go on TV and lambast Adibi like he did Tay and Krigel, it is alleged that he is ‘in charge’ as this is what is noted in one of Krigel’s filings wherein his attorney states that the Oklahoma Bar Association told Defendant Krigel they ‘chose’ Ehrenrich for Defendant Krigel because that is who they are using for the Adibi matter.

Why protect bad leaders beyond their skin color.

Thorp acts impulsively and contrary to logic: stalking and kidnapping. Thorp skirts by as the system remains entirely unwilling to do checks and balances on their own. Recently Joy Thorp was passed over by the Governor after the Judicial Nominating Committee for the Oklahoma Bar Association investigated her for candidacy to the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals. It is believed that she did not get the position due to the police report attached.

Thorp aids N. Scott Johnson with his high dollar family law cases by prosecuting the opposing parties in order to ‘assist’ the Thorp ‘family attorney,’ N. Scott Johnson.
