HR Nightmare Kenny Elmore Dismisses False Charges Against
Political Prisoner Paul C. Tay
Assistant District Attorney (ADA) Kenneth ‘Kenny’ Elmore (‘Elmore’) dismissed charges today against Paul C. Tay (‘Tay’) after Tay sat nearly a year in the David L. Moss Tulsa County Jail. Tay, a wannabe political activist and local loud mouth, has previously run unsuccessfully for governor of Oklahoma. Previously Tay stormed a mayoral debate stage after not being able to present, he was running as well. Most recently, Tay spent nine months in jail for disorderly conduct, a crime that only carries six months, after carrying a sign that said, ‘Suck my dick, $5.’
Detective Darin Ehrenrich went on TV a year ago and declared Tay dangerous, a rapist, kidnapper and person capable of great violence. In fact the charges were entirely erroneous and yet again Det. Ehrenrich has lied to this community in order to scare people and excite a base of people who like to see others hurt.

ADA Elmore and Det. Ehrenrich alleged that Tay raped a woman and assaulted her with a dangerous object. Previously charges of a kidnapping were dismissed. Now that Tay’s case is dismissed it is uncertain at this time if he will pursue a lawsuit against the City of Tulsa, Tulsa County, Elmore, DA Stephen Kunzweiler or whomever else he deems responsible.
Tay will have to show a gross indifference for human life. This is a hard barrier and potentially impossible due to him making it past preliminary hearing. That said this is not the first time Elmore, under Kunzweiler’s leadership, has held a rape defendant in Tulsa’s jail for years only to dismiss the case. In 2017 Elmore did it to a University of Tulsa soccer star who was here on scholarship. After spending three and a half years in our jail the case was dismissed by the jury.
Elmore in a trial earlier this year was inferred to be sleeping with a colleague and receiving pictures from this same prosecutor. ADA Ashley Nix admitted in her April jury trial that she had ‘never lived alone before’ and thought ‘everyone drank everyday.’ Nix claimed she was raped but in front of the jury admitted that she was conscious the entire evening and is responsible for the consequences of her actions. The jury heard of Elmore’s wife knocking on Nix’s door at 3 am due to Nix sending Elmore, her boss, photos of herself.
Both Elmore and Nix still work at the Tulsa County District Attorneys Office. Although Nix admitted to lying in her police report and detailing her chronic alcoholism to a jury she is still the head of misdemeanor domestic violence prosecutions in Tulsa County. Det. Ehrenrich
is also alleged to have a romantic love affair with local honey pot ADA Ashley Nix. Det. Ehrenrich was lead detective on ADA Nix’s false rape case and sat at counsel table with the attorneys throughout the whole weeklong trial.
It is alleged Det. Ehrenrich therefore has at least slept with one of his alleged rape victims. All these people are still employed by the City of Tulsa and Tulsa County despite being horrible, awful, shallow, liars. Call the mayors office, (918) 596-7411, and demand an office to independently monitor the Tulsa Police Department.
