Neville in order to run doctor Anagnost (hereinafter (‘Doctor’ or ‘Dr. Anagnost’) out of town. The Tulsa firms appear to have made over ($60,000.00) sixty-thousand dollars to ‘work together’ and defend the State of Oklahoma in their efforts to punish a low cost medical provider out of Oklahoma City to leave the state and never return.

Gable Gotwals just recently moved into a newly completed building located 110 N Elgin Ave Ste. 200, Tulsa, OK, at Archer and Elgin across from the minor league Driller’s baseball stadium. The luxury office space comes at quite a price, a price tag that appears to be due to their efforts to protect the ‘rights’ of the State of Oklahoma to harass and intimidate a doctor in favor of his competitors.

Rigg’s Abney has several locations in Tulsa including a palatial mansion located across the street from the Tulsa County District Courthouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The firm also has an office building a few blocks away. It appears from public online articles on the Oklahoma General’s Office both were hired in 2018 for tens of thousands of dollars to assist in the case of Tortious Interference with a Contract filed by the doctor against the State of Oklahoma and its conspirators.

In the lawsuit the Plaintiff Dr. Steven Anagnost, M.D., alleges a conspiracy by the State of Oklahoma to prevent him from practicing medicine in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The case is Oklahoma County CJ-13-6140. The claims are that the State of Oklahoma aligned itself with Dr. Anagnost’s competitors in order to destroy the doctors practice.

In the Petition the Doctor claims “[t]he secret investigation included, but was not limited to, a search of Plaintiff’s patient records by Dr. Anagnost’s competitors, including, but not limited to, the named Defendants, focused on finding bad outcomes, complications, unhappy patients and anything with which they disagreed. . . [and] [t]he secret investigation did not include Dr. Anagnost’s competitors searching for good results or cases that presented a balanced review of Dr. Anagnost’s overall practice. Id. at 36.

So how much do these types of activities cost you, the tax payer. Attorney Jack Neville made $37,106.23 in 2018 alone. His total contract is estimated to cost just shy of a quarter of a million dollars, just to act as ‘lead counsel.’ In 2018 Attorney Gregory Metcalf with Gable Gotwals made $13,217.60. His fees were planned to cost $145,000.

Robert Nance of Riggs abney only billed $16,040.01 of the $170,000 allocated for his fund. All in all just in 2018 the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office planned to spend over half a million dollars defending their wrongful practice of targeting a medical doctor for character annihilation. In all in 2018 at least sixty thousand dollars worth of attorney fees went to fighting Dr. Anagnost

On December 21, 2018 the case was dismissed with prejudice indicating a significant monetary settlement received by the Doctor for the State’s crimes.

Dr. Anagnost is a great surgeon, he is treating my injuries from the crimes AG and DA Thorp refused to investigate, which happened to be a conspiracy with attempt to kill in 2019.
